What’s Flexible Cancellation, and how much does it cost?
This option lets you cancel or reschedule your trip with a full refund on your package up to 8 days before departure.
Cost: starting at €/£/$49, depending on the package price. You can see the exact amount at checkout. The Flexible Cancellation fee and any transfers are non-refundable. If you booked using a gift card or voucher, the refund only applies to any additional amount you paid.
Can I add Flexible Cancellation after I've booked?
No, it has to be selected at the time of booking and can't be added later.
How much do I need to pay to book?
You can reserve your spot with a deposit shown during the booking process — or even with €0/£0/$0, depending on the available option. You can pay the rest before departure: we'll send you a reminder email to settle the balance.
What does a €/£/$0 deposit mean?
In some cases—like when a departure isn't confirmed yet and it's your first unconfirmed booking—you can book without paying the €/£/$100 deposit upfront.
This means you can secure your spot at zero cost: nothing will be charged until the departure is confirmed. Once the departure is confirmed, the €/£/$100 deposit will be automatically charged within 48 hours, according to the terms you agreed to at the time of booking.
Can I change my booking?
Yep! Up to 31 days before departure, you can change your destination and/or your trip dates at no extra cost. If the new trip costs a bit more, you’ll just need to cover the difference.
Can I cancel my booking?
Absolutely! You can cancel your trip directly from your MyWeRoad area. Just a heads up: if you choose to cancel, you won't be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the tour is confirmed or not. If we're the ones who have to cancel the tour, we'll refund 100% of what you've paid. And if your plans change? No worries—you can modify your trip for free up to 31 days before departure.
