What is the Flexible Cancellation and how much does it cost?
It is an option that allows you to cancel or reschedule your trip with a full refund of the package. For all departures from May 14 to September 30, 2026, you may cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure, for any reason.
It costs €/£79 for trips up to €/£1,000 and €/£99 for trips over €/£1,000. The Flexible cancellation fee and the Transfers are not refunded. If you booked with a gift card or voucher, the refund only applies to any additional amount paid.
Can I add the Flexible Cancellation after booking?
No, it must be selected at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards.
How much do I need to pay to book?
You can reserve your spot with a deposit shown during the booking process — or even with €0/£0/$0, depending on the available option. You can pay the rest before departure: we'll send you a reminder email to settle the balance.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
For departures until September 30th, 2026, if the airline does not offer alternatives within 30 days before departure, we will grant you a voucher equal to 100% of the package value, valid for one year. For departures after this date, the voucher value will be 70%.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, up to 31 days before departure you can change the destination and/or the date of the trip, at no extra cost. If the new trip has a higher amount, you will be asked to pay the difference.
What does €/£/$0 deposit mean?
In some cases – for example when a departure is not yet confirmed and it is your first unconfirmed booking – you can book without paying the €/£/$100 deposit upfront.
This means that you can secure your spot at zero cost: nothing will be charged until the departure is confirmed. Once the departure is confirmed, the €/£/$100 deposit will be automatically charged within 48 hours according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but the available options depend on the status of your trip and when you make the request.
If your trip is not yet confirmed
You can cancel your booking by emailing hello@weroad.com free of charge, up to 31 days before departure.
Please note: you can only have the free deposit feature on 1 booking. For this booking you will be asked to provide a credit card, PayPal, or Revolut as a guarantee, but nothing will be charged.
From the second booking on a unconfirmed trip, a mandatory €|£|$100 deposit will be required.
If your trip is confirmed
The fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of a change of plans, it is possible to modify the trip free of charge up to 31 days before departure.
