Your journey starts long before you get on the plane, it starts when you book. And since this is your (hard-earned) vacation, we want to make sure that when you click the "book" button, you do so without too much thought. That's why Flexible Cancellation gives you more guarantees and flexibility.
For a fee of €79, you can cancel up to 8 days before your departure date for trips below €1000. And for trips above €1000, the fee is €99. If you cancel your trip up to 8 days before your departure date, this option guarantees you a full refund for your peace of mind. Simply remember to add them to your cart at checkout!
Also remember: cancellation for trips up to 31 days before departure is free of charge and automatically included in your booking. So, book your next adventure worry-free!
You can reserve your spot by paying only €100 of the total tour price, and pay the rest 31 days before departure. We'll send you an email to remind you to pay the remaining balance before you leave!
Is your cousin doing a last-minute wedding next month? Is your cat sick? Who knows what may happen! You can receive a full refund up to 8 days before your departure by selecting the Flexible Cancellation option (excluding the Flexible Cancellation fee).
If you don't select the Flexible Cancellation, you can still receive a full refund of your booking amount at no extra cost up to 31 days before departure.

FAQs on Flexible Cancellation
How much does it cost me to cancel a trip/booking?
If you cancel 31 days before departure, it is free and there are no penalties. We will refund the amount you paid at no additional cost. If you selected 'Flexible cancellation' when booking, you can cancel up to 8 days before departure and you will receive a refund of the WeRoad package (excluding the Flexible cancellation fee).
Can I change my trip/booking?
Yes, you can! Up to 31 days before departure you can change your destination and/or travel date! We like to give you flexibility when it comes to travel! There is no cost, but if the new trip has a larger amount than the one booked, you are required to pay the difference between the two tours.
Can I add the Flexible Cancellation after my booking?
The Flexible Cancellation option can only be chosen at the time of booking. You will find it on the first page after clicking the 'Book' button!
Where can I find all the details about the cancellation policy?
All specific conditions for cancelling a trip are available in Article 11 of the General Conditions.
The validity of the "Flexible cancellation" option is not retroactive and will apply only to those tour packages purchased between the dates specified in the general Terms and Conditions. Suppose the customer makes a reservation using a gift card, voucher or WeRoad voucher (hereinafter referred to as "the instrument" or "the instruments") already in his/her possession, wanting to use the "Flexible cancellation" option. In that case, he/she will only get a refund of any amount paid in addition to and not included in the aforementioned instruments. At the same time, he/she will return the instrument used without any changes being made to the amount or maturity shown on it before the reservation made.
