About us

New trips, endless connections

We are a community of travelers

WeRoad was founded in Milan in 2017 by Paolo De Nadai, Fabio Bin, and Erika De Santi.
Our mission is to connect people, cultures, and stories through our greatest passion: travel. We create groups of up to 15 people aged 18 to 49 and send them to the other side of the world. So far, more than 300,000 travelers have experienced incredible adventures with us in over 150 destinations.

People

Our job is all about people: it’s about relationships and interactions, and not just during trips. Every day we experience firsthand the impact of what we do: we live to create connections between people.

Culture

We take people around the world to enjoy unique experiences, because there’s so much to discover. Along the way, we encounter diverse cultures that enrich us and broaden our perspectives.

Stories

Everyone has a story to tell. Our vision is to listen to the stories of those we meet along the way. Every story gives us something to treasure, more valuable than any souvenir.

For the geeky ones

You want the real story? It was all about passion, determination and yes… meeting the right people at the right moment.

Sooner or later we'll write a book about how we managed to survive a world pandemic and also grow as a brand. Until then, Fabio writes a yearly recap every 21st of March - which is WeRoad birthday (we're Aries, yes).
