The trip in a nutshell
Our Mexican adventure kicks off in Cancun, where we check in and soak up the vibrant atmosphere before heading to Merida. As we move into our trip, we will explore the iconic Chichén Itzá and take a refreshing dip in the Yokdzonot Cenote.
A free day in Merida offers options like exploring Uxmal, kayaking in Progreso, or spotting flamingos in Celestun. Then, we hit the road to Tulum, stopping in Valladolid and cycling (optional activity) through the Coba ruins.
In Tulum, we will visit the stunning cliffside ruins and snorkel with sea turtles in Akumal before heading to Playa del Carmen for some beach time and to get a taste of the nightlife. We end our journey here, soaking up the last moments of paradise before saying goodbye to Mexico.

360°: our great classic that allows you to discover the destination in every aspect. The pace will be fast to be able to see as much as possible, but we will also have moments of relaxation and fun - the right mix!
Physical rating
This itinerary has a LOW level of physical effort, and the pace of the trip is considered relaxed. If transfers are included, they are of short duration (maximum 3 hours); the excursions are suitable for everyone and do not require physical preparation. We will walk to explore the destination, and accommodation changes are rare or almost nonexistent.

Roundtrip flights or transportation to reach the destination are not included in the package, so you can decide from where and when you want to leave! This gives you complete freedom of choice.
Upon arrival, check in to our hotel in Cancun and get ready to discover the city's vibrant nightlife. We'll kick off the tour with a group dinner, indulging in delicious tacos, guacamole and of course (for those who drink) - tequila! Cheers to the start of an unforgettable journey!

Chichén Itzá - one of the seven wonders of the world
From ancient wonders to hidden waters
We hit the road early, leaving Cancun behind as we head toward Merida, but not without making a stop at one of the New Seven Wonders of the World—Chichén Itzá. With a private guide leading the way, we dive into the mysteries of this ancient Maya city, standing in awe before the towering El Castillo pyramid and the legendary Great Ball Court.
After soaking up history, it’s time to cool off—literally! We swap ruins for refreshment at Yokdzonot Cenote, where crystal-clear waters invite us for a well-earned swim in this hidden natural pool. Fully recharged, we continue to Merida, where a charming 4-star hotel awaits. A good night’s rest is in order—tomorrow, the adventure continues!

Exploring Merida and beyond: a day of wonders
Ancient ruins, natural beauty, and coastal serenity await
On Day 3, we’ll have a full day of exciting activities to choose from as we explore the best of Merida and its surroundings. We can start by visiting the incredible Uxmal ruins, a stunning Mayan archaeological site, followed by a relaxing Temazcal steam bath for a rejuvenating experience.
For those looking to combine nature with history, we’ll head to the Celestún Biosphere Reserve, where we’ll see vibrant pink flamingos and other wildlife, before continuing on to Hacienda Yaxcopoil, a historic plantation that reveals the region’s agricultural past.
If we’re in the mood for a coastal adventure, we can make our way to Progreso, where we’ll kayak through the peaceful mangroves of Corchito. Alternatively, we can unwind at Chuburná Beach, enjoying the breeze and swinging on the beach swings.
As the day draws to a close, we’ll bask in the tranquility of the evening, knowing that the memories made will linger, carrying us into the night with a sense of wonder and anticipation for what tomorrow will bring.

Merida to Tulum
From colonial charm to ancient ruins
Today, we begin our journey from the charming city of Merida to the laid-back paradise of Tulum. Along the way, we have a couple of exciting options: first, Valladolid–a stop in this picturesque Pueblo Mágico offers a glimpse into the heart of traditional Yucatan life, with vibrant streets, colonial architecture, and a relaxed vibe perfect for a short wander.
Second–Coba Archaeological Site: dive into history as we explore the ancient ruins of Coba, where towering pyramids and impressive structures await. For a more immersive experience, we may consider renting a bike to cycle through the broad site and uncover the secrets of this once-thriving Mayan city.
In the afternoon, we’ll arrive in Tulum, where turquoise waters and sandy beaches welcome us to this stunning coastal haven. Time to relax and take in the beauty of the Riviera Maya!

Next, we head to Akumal for an unforgettable snorkeling experience. With crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life, this is the perfect spot to swim with sea turtles and explore the underwater world.
