Welcome in Malta!
Check-in: our adventure starts in Sliema
Roundtrip flights or transportation to reach the destination are not included in the package, so you can decide from where and when you want to leave! This gives you complete freedom of choice to adjust your travel itinerary to your needs.
Hotel check-in in Sliema: undoubtedly one of the best areas to stay, both for its strategic location - it's just a 10-minute ferry ride from Valletta and close to St. Julian’s, and for its excellent connections by sea and land. As we wander, we extend our gaze and look for a place where we can try something typical for our first Maltese dinner - we want to start off on the right foot, perhaps tasting the Stuffat Tal-Fenek, a rabbit-based dish considered the national dish of the island.
Included: overnight stay with breakfast
Not included: airport transfers, food and drinks
La Valletta and the sea
La Valletta
This morning we start right away with a visit to the capital, La Valletta! Everywhere we turn, there's something spectacular to see. To begin, we cannot miss the magnificent St. John's Cathedral, which is like the architectural masterpiece of the city. Then there are the Upper Barrakka Gardens, where we can take a panoramic stroll and feel a bit like kings or queens.
But wait, there's more! Let's not forget about the Grand Harbour, where we can take a leap into the past by exploring the ancient defensive walls and enjoy the spectacular view. To save time, we can always join one of the many free walking tours, a fun way to socialize while exploring the city.
In short, La Valletta is like a cocktail of history, art, and breathtaking views waiting to be savored.
The first dive
After lunch, it's time to put on the swimsuit and take the first dive of the holiday: we can head north by public transport towards Golden Bay, or go back to Sliema, where there are certainly no shortage of beaches! The Island of Gozo
An epic day
Hey guys, get ready for an epic day on the island of Gozo: we wake up early in the morning, full of energy and ready for an unforgettable adventure. After a quick breakfast, we head to the 222 bus stop which will take us to Cirkewwa, where we'll then catch the ferry to Gozo. Once on the island, we'll choose our means of transport together: it could be quads, scooters, jeeps, or electric bikes because there are no rules here, just freedom and adventure - let's remember to bring our driver's license and a credit card for any security deposits!
Our first stop? Ramla Bay, with its golden beach and turquoise waters inviting us to dive in. Alternatively, or if we have time, we can continue to the Blue Hole on the west coast of Gozo. It looks like a cave, but its vibrant underwater life and the penetrating light create a fairy-tale atmosphere. You might encounter lobsters, moray eels, and large groupers swimming among the rock formations created after the collapse of the Azure Window, which is why it's also known as a playground for divers.
And for lunch, why not take a break in a picturesque Gozitan village and enjoy some local specialties? In short, adventure is at home here, and every corner hides something extraordinary.
In the late afternoon, we return to Sliema and the format will be the same: ferry + bus and we're home!
Included: overnight stay with breakfast
Money Pot: public transportation (bus and ferry) and possible vehicle rental on the island
Not included: food and drinks
Relax!
Sea and relax
Last day of the trip and therefore......total relaxation!
And when we talk about relaxation, the first thing that comes to mind, of course, are the beaches! First option: St. George's Bay beach, accessible by public transport in no time. This place is a paradise for water sports, so if you love jet skiing, parasailing, or banana boating, you can't miss it!
But if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere and postcard-perfect crystal-clear water, take another bus and head to Golden Bay beach. Here you'll find a golden expanse of sand, perfect for sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip.
As the sun sets and the air heats up with nightlife, we can all jump together to Paceville, the hub of Malta's entertainment. Bars, clubs, discos... there's plenty to choose from for one last unforgettable evening!
So let's get carried away by the magic of Malta, because here the fun never ends!
